Mikvah

We are pleased to announce that we now have a dedicated phone for making Mikvah appointments for Friday night and Yom Tov.  Friday night and Yom Tov mikvah use is by appointment only.  Please call Dossy Brandstatter at 201-401-2386 at least two days in advance.  Leave a message at any time and you will receive a return call in the evening.

The community mikvah is located on the premises of Shomrei Torah.

 

The mikvah fee is $20.00

Please note that any arrival after 1/2 hour before closing time will incur a $25.00 late fee.

 

 

Current Sunday through Thursday hours are 8:00-9:30.

 

BEGINNING SUNDAY, MARCH 31, SUNDAY THROUGH THURSDAY HOURS

ARE 8:30 – 10:00

 

The mikvah is open on Motzei Shabbat approximately 1-1/2 hours after Shabbat ends and stays open for 1-1/2 hours. BEGINNING SATURDAY NIGHT, MARCH 16, OPENING TIME WILL BE APPROXIMATELY ONE HOUR AFTER SHABBAT ENDS.

Saturday, March 2 – 8:10 – 9:40

 

Saturday, March 9 – 8:15 – 9:45

 

Saturday, March 16 – 8:55 – 10:25

 

Wednesday, March 20 – 9:30 – 11:00 (Erev Purim/Megillah)

 

Saturday, March 23 – 9:00 – 10:30

 

Saturday, March 30 – 9:10 – 10:40

 

 

We appreciate your efforts to arrive on time.  Please understand that the late fee is charged in order to help defray the additional costs to the mikvah of staying open for latecomers.
