Shomrei Torah invites the entire Fair Lawn community to attend our adult MMR Booster Clinic. It is recommended that anyone who got their MMR before 1989 get a booster shot to ensure immunity. Shomrei Torah is committed to the health of our community and want to make it easy for everyone to get their booster. On June 19 from 6-9pm we will have pharmacists from CVS in the Shul to give adult boosters. Please sign up and submit your insurance information using the form below or print this FORM and fill out and drop off in the lockbox or come get a paper form from the lobby box. You will get a call from the pharmacist to confirm your coverage and your attendance at that clinic. If your insurance won’t cover the booster, a second clinic will be set up that will provide boosters free of charge.
