Mikvah

We are pleased to announce that we now have a dedicated phone for making Mikvah appointments for Friday night and Yom Tov.  Friday night and Yom Tov mikvah use is by appointment only.  Please call Dossy Brandstatter at 201-401-2386 at least two days in advance.  Leave a message at any time and you will receive a return call in the evening.

 

The community mikvah is located on the premises of Shomrei Torah.

 

YAMIM NORAIM MEN'S MIKVAH HOURS

Erev Rosh Hashanah- Wednesday September 20: 6am-3:30pm 

Erev Yom Kippur- Friday September 29: 6am-3:30pm.

Mikvah closes promptly at 3:30PM.

$20 per person / $35 per family. Please bring your own towels.

 

Fall hours for the Mikvah

 

The mikvah fee is $20.00

Please note that any arrival after 1/2 hour before

closing time will incur a $25.00 late fee.

 SUNDAY THROUGH THURSDAY HOURS  ARE 8:00-9:30

 

The mikvah opens on Motzei Shabbat and Motzei Yom Tov approximately 1 hour after Shabbat or Yom Tov ends and stays open for 1-1/2 hours. On Motzei Yom Kippur the mikvah will open approximately  1-1/2 hours after Yom Kippur ends.

Saturday, September 2 – 9:25 – 10:55

 

Saturday, September 9 – 9:15 – 10:45

 

Saturday, September 16 – 9:00 – 10:30

 

Saturday, September 23 – 8:50 – 10:20

 

Sunday, September 24 – 8:45 – 10:15 (After Tzom Gedaliah)

 

Saturday, September 30 – 9:15 – 10:45 (Motzei Yom Kippur)

 

We appreciate your efforts to arrive on time.  Please understand that the late fee is charged in order to help defray the additional costs to the mikvah of staying open for latecomers.
