Bat Mitzvah Program

We are excited for another incredible year of the Shomrei Torah Bat Mitzvah Program. This year, the program will be a mother-daughter program, exploring Jewish Women through the Ages. We will learn about how to connect to the Jewish women of our past, in order to help shape our future, with the help of the Matan Bat Mitzvah program. Through learning about women of the past, Mevakshos, will teach our girls how to become "Mevakshei Hashem", those who seek out a stronger relationship and connection with God. The participants will meet monthly to learn essential lessons as Jewish women while enjoying activities and socializing with their peers. The program will be run by Ayelet Jarashow who is very much looking forward to sharing this experience with mothers and daughters and assisting in their growth and development. The registration deadline is Thursday, October 19.

Lila Levinson was dedicated to the future of the Jewish people and loved nothing more than to experience Torah and Mitzvot. We are dedicating this program to honor her commitment to the growth of the Jewish community. She strongly believed in the power and ability of Jewish women, and this program is going to enable future women leaders of the Jewish people to create new approaches to their Yiddishkeit.
