Pesach Yizkor Appeal 5783

Nisan 5783

On Acharon Shel Pesach, Thursday, April 13, those of us who have lost a loved one will be saying Yizkor.  A critical component of the Yizkor service is the pledge of tzedakah.  As we have done for the past few years, Shomrei Torah is asking all of our members to participate in the Yizkor appeal in advance of the holiday.

We recognize that there are many other worthy organizations requesting donations at this time of year. But our shul – for all that it means to each and every one of us – still requires substantial funding for its day to day operations, and the Pesach appeal is one of the fundraising efforts in which the shul engages to be able to meet these obligations. As many people are away for Yom Tov this advanced appeal affords the opportunity to provide your donations now. Even if you B"H do not need to say Yizkor it is an excellent time to make a donation of gratitude.

We hope that you will continue to make Shomrei Torah a priority in your charitable giving. We ask that you respond as generously as you can. Our primary objective for this appeal is 100% participation, at whatever level you feel comfortable.  Please make your pledge by using the form found by clicking HERE.

Thank you in advance for your commitment.

May you and your family have a Chag Kasher v'Sameach.
