BREAST CANCER AWARENESS DISCUSSION A discussion of: “Breast Cancer: Can it Happen to You?” will be presented by the HackensackUMC Surgical Breast Practice in our shul on Sunday, December 18th at 7:30pm. 1 in 8 women are diagnosed with breast cancer. Ashkenazi Jews are at an even greater risk than the average woman. Ayelet Hoenig will be discussing the halachic components of genetic testing and if BRCA testing and other high risk screening tools are right for you. Light refreshments will be served.
